Why do I get the error “path.lnk The specified path does not exist when starting programs. Please fix it and try again"?

Hello! I installed the ObjectDock Plus program, an analogue of RocketDock.
I have Windows7x64
There you can create doclets with different contents, but for some reason programs that are located, as I noticed, in the Program Files directory, and which open in Program Files (x86) do not open for some reason. So I go to the doclet, for example, I want to open Sublime Text 3:
I want to note that these are shortcuts to programs.

The icon, as you can see, is not displayed and when pressed, it throws an error:

What could be the reason for this? Here are the programs that are in Program Files
Answer to the question:
This feature is associated with the program itself, and more precisely with the StackDocklet application. Shortcuts created for programs from the Program Files directory are not interpreted correctly.
An error is also possible: the specified path was not foundif an arbitrary directory with contents is specified.
There was a solution, through the Link snack program. You can create shortcuts that are supported by the program.

And who's stopping you from recreating labels again? Go to the folder of the installed application and create a shortcut and you will be happy.
