404 error - standard HTTP response code that the client was able to communicate with the server, but the server cannot find the data according to the request
And your server cannot process the request. This is a completely different error, and the server is doing everything right. The screenshot does not show what specific error, you would have completely laid out the text. So far it is clear that the error is in the error output itself. A 404 is also possible (but not a fact), but another error occurred in the error module, which led to this result. Something is not set up right. Give the full text - there will be help.
