I saw that on one website of a web studio, the title attribute is written in the title tag.

I checked it in the w3c validator, it is not considered an error.
What can the title attribute be used for in page titles? Is there any benefit in doing this for SEO?

And yes - its presence is an option for reading voice devices (applications) in order to provide content for the visually impaired, and also if "driven" - this can be attributed to the category of strengthening the semantic core.
