Why do gmail and mail.ru emails end up in spam?

I have already spent a lot of time studying the issue, but I just can’t figure out why letters to gmail and mail ru end up in spam. By the way, Yandex mail does not get into spam. DKIM and spf checks are carried out on third-party services, but the mailru postmaster says that dmarc should be rejected or quarantined, but it is already rejected in the txt record.
Site on vps (vscale) with ubuntu 16 and installed vesta cp. Mail services: exim4+dovecot+clamav-daemon+spamassassin.
hostname installation as a domain: intiart.ru
Help me figure it out.

@Prostoe

1. Check server ip for availability in RBL databases.
2. Does a clean letter with absolutely neutral text (without links, advertising slogans, etc.), sent not in bulk, but in one or two copies, reach the inbox?
3. The same letter (identical to the one you specified), but sent not through this mail server (intiart.ru) and not from addresses in the intiart.ru domain, but, for example, from a free mail account or another corporate mail server and the address arrives at inbox? If not, look for the reason in the text of the letter, a content ban is possible.
4. How long is the mail server?
