Why do bitcoin pools show the status of my worker as offline, although the miner is in operation and how to fix it?

For mining I use GuiMiner.
registered on the site f2pool.com
launched the miner. it showed a speed of 4.9 mh / s, but on the pool site my worker shows zero speed, and its status is inactive.
while the load on the PC is quite large.
tried also on ak47pool and slush's pool.
the same there.
question: why pools refuse to accept my miner and how to fix it?
I also tried cgminer, bfgminer and cpuminer. everywhere is the same.
