Why do all apps on my phone crash?

From the very beginning, my phone rebooted from time to time, I didn’t attach any importance to this, the reboots were strange, there was nothing on the screen, and then it asked me to enter the pattern again, since the phone rebooted. After resetting the settings, or firmware via fastboot, it seemed to me that it starts in a week, but this is not accurate. Most often this happened on the youtube application. Now I installed the oldest firmware from the official ones, it has not rebooted yet. But applications fall periodically, then opera, then YouTube, then generally system ones. I turned on display all errors in the developer menu, and all the errors that I see (if I click details) contain the lines
signal 11 (SIGSEGV), code 1 (SEGV_MAPERR), fault addr

Do you think this is a hardware error? What exactly is the problem?
Thanks

Looks like bad RAM.

And, purely hypothetically, is there a way to check the memory if you are an ordinary user? And how can the master check it? How is it done on a computer, I imagine, but how is it done on a phone?
