Why different Google Tag Manager IDs?

I can't understand..
Goole Tag Manager with id = GTM-W382S63 was installed on the site.
But when I try to create a conversion in Google Adwords and add tracking to the site, Adwords says that I need to put the Google Tag Manager code on the site with id = AW-1005504564
As a result, I have 2 Google Tag Managers connected.. and of course they conflict with each other.
What is AW-1005504564 ? Where did he even come from? I don't have such container in Google Tag Manager..
