There was a site on the editorial office "Start". We switched to the "Small Business" edition, downloaded all the updates (modules), but they did not appear in the list of modules. Where to dig? Immediately write to the TP?)

Run the following request in the admin panel: /bitrix/admin/update_system.php?BX_SUPPORT_MODE=Y (do not forget to make a backup beforehand)
