Why didn't new Middlewares download after Laravel upgrade 5.3 to 5.4?

Walked along the docks, and registered everything that is written in themTYK .
But there are no new Middlewares, while yes, the rest seems to work from the upgrade.
Maybe I did something wrong?

composer only affects vendor, so it doesn't have to update anything. You have to create new middles/update old ones yourself.
