Why didn't Google and Yandex make their main pages in the form of Progressive Web Applications?
I saw on freelance exchanges some people are already asking to make ordinary landing pages in the form of PVA, why am I xs, I wonder why Google has not yet made it for their page?

No need.
PWA assumes that a certain part of the site code remains to work in the browser, taking on part of the server functionality.
But why is it a search engine?
What will be the functionality?
How do you imagine a search engine without a network?
And, say, for the mail of the same Google, there is some sense in this and they use PWA for GMail. Also for Youtube. And mail.ru uses.
