Why did yandex api stop sending text to yandex webmaster?

For 2 years I used the module for adding texts to Yandex webmaster via Yandex api on the site ( https://tech.yandex.ru/webmaster/doc/dg/reference/...
After another 180 days, I updated the token, as I already did 3 times , but now everything stopped working.I send a request to
https://api.webmaster.yandex.net/v3/user/111111here is my user id1111111/hosts/?
I get the response
{"error_message":"Access to this resource is not allowed with scopes available for this application","error_code":"ACCESS_FORBIDDEN"}
I didn't change anything in the application's access settings, there are also only 2 accesses:
-Add sites to Yandex.Webmaster,obtaining information about the status of indexing
- Obtaining information about external links to the site
Maybe something has changed at Yandex in 6 months and new accesses need to be added?
