Why did Visual studio stop seeing assembly references?

Everything was fine last night, today I'm running the studio and I see that my using is all underlined in red. What to do with it?

I looked in Warning, it was written there that these libraries were not enough:

Installed them and everything works, but I don’t like it directly. Before that, it worked fine, and the number of installations for these packages is small, I don’t know, I don’t know.
