Why did unity ads stop showing?

Perhaps after renaming the project, advertising on the android smartphone is no longer shown. Stubs are shown in the editor. I think the error is in:

while (!Monetization.IsReady(placementId))
            {
//…
                yield return null;
            }

Apparently all the time not for the sake of it. In the dashboard, the name is new, the placementId remains the same. Unity Hub for some reason shows the old name. Some time ago everything worked. What can be wrong?
