Why did the write speed on the SSD drop? And will the disc be “covered” soon?

There is a Samsung 900X3C-A04 laptop with SanDisk U100 126 Gb SSD.
Initially, after the purchase, I was worried about BSODs about once a month. I handed it over to the SC 3 times, the result is that the problem is not confirmed. Spat on them, continued to use. But now it has become worse, I observe constant friezes of the system for 2-5 seconds. Everything began to slow down terribly, if you open the task manager, then the disk loading is almost always 100% there, but it is not clear what is loaded.

A couple of times in HD Tune the error "I/O Error! Test aborted." appeared. Windows 8 OS, before the tests, rolled back the entire system to the factory state from scratch, only updated the drivers.
As I understand it, the test results do not match the SSD speeds at all? The reason may be in it, change? And will it be under warranty?

There was a similar trouble but on a hybrid. Yes, it's under warranty. You can appeal the decision of the SC even with the threat of going to court. If it doesn’t help and you don’t want to deal with the court, then you can conduct an independent examination, although it will cost a ruble, most likely less than the disk itself. With this again in the SC, if they continue to persist, then this is a very sad case.
But in general, yes, the disk is almost dead. The problem is in the controller. The case is fully guaranteed.
