Why did the VK API stop working for Python 3.4?

Until the summer, I used the VK API without any problems. After some time, I decided to install the VK API module on my laptop and use it, but when I run the vk.API(access_token="token") method, it gives an error __init__() missing 1 required positional argument: 'session'
