Why did the video card stop working after changing the matrix?

After changing the matrix on the laptop, some strange things began to happen with it. Before the matrix change, everything was fine, csgo and other low-demanding games worked fine at medium settings, but now - csgo hangs even at the minimum resolution, such a simple game as farming simulator 15 min. freeze settings.
My guess is that the graphics card has stopped working:

Downloaded OpenHardwareMonitor to check temperatures, etc.:

Integrated "video card" seems to work fine, but AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M320 has no data at all.
I downloaded firewood for radeon, and also:

Everything seems to be fine, but there are no signs of a working video card either:

What could be the problem?

As an option - a MUX chip nailed to the matrix, which, after replacing the matrix, switched to the I know nothing mode, let only the built-in GPU work. Or a special street MUX-less implementation of Switchable Graphics, which was installed on HP and Dell laptops for a couple of years, in which OpenGL forwarding to a discrete video card did not work at all, and DirectX did not work in some applications either.

when the matrix was changed the battery was taken out? if not, then -1 video chip (still lucky). if you took it out, try flashing the eeprom of the old matrix into a new one.
