Why did the theme go completely wrong when upgrading to ubuntu 16?

I had a theme, now I can’t even reinstall it, since it doesn’t find the old repository
through sudo .. ppa:/ as before
Here’s what happened to me now with the theme, padding in nautilus-e is gone

Can I fix it? There are no such problems in the standard theme, but I don't really like it ...
Adwaita os x can't install all the themes either, but is there anything similar from mac-themes for ubuntu 16.04?
