After changing the encoding on the site, the following text appeared in the administrative panel at the top:

Everywhere they write that this is due to the lack of the ZendOptimizer module, but PHP7 is installed on the server, I have not seen ZendOptimizer for this version. What else could be the problem?

zendoptimizer PHP5.2 and below
zendGuardLoader from version php5.3
I don’t see the truth there 7 but I didn’t use zend above 5.5 so I won’t say anything, maybe it works on 7.
