Two identical values are taken from two SQL databases. Take a look at the formula above. There are no gaps anywhere. How is this even possible? Maybe different encodings?

Or programmatically compare strings character by character.

See the difference between the lines? And there are no matching letters, the top line is Cyrillic, the bottom line is Latin.
For an example and understanding, you can look at how the fuzzy search for endings works for me: it always tries to bring letters to the same layout.
