Why did the last, uncommitted changes disappear after being removed from the stash list?

Why when I did a stash save to switch to another branch, the 1st time there was an error, and the 2nd time he saved, but the changes were only changes from the last commit, and not what I did, then I deleted it from stash list and recent changes gone? What to do? Can you return them?
Ps I did everything through TortoiseGit under Win, on a local repo
