Command line

Why did the command line disappear from the drop-down menu when right-clicking?

It happened a long time ago, I don’t know why, but the “Open command line” function stopped showing up when I right-clicked on any folder. It's just that this line is no longer in the drop-down menu and that's it. And so, through, for example, search, you can safely find this command line and open it.
If I open this drop-down menu with shift+right mouse button, then there I have a substitute for this command line - "Power shell".
But I still wanted to see the standard command line in this drop-down menu, because it's faster to work with (but that's not important).
Does anyone know how to return it to its place?)
PS: OS - Windows 10
