Why did the cache in Bitrix begin to cache the page so much that it does not display the Hermitage interface?

In general, some kind of mega-cache has turned on on the site (coposite mode and CDN is turned off), the page is cached so much that when you switch to edit mode, the Hermitage interface is displayed only after you click the "Reset cache" button on the panel (and it disappears also with cache flush). The caching settings of the "Catalog" complex component are absolutely standard joxi.ru/52a1M7Bt4N3oe2 . No extras. I didn't do cache-related settings (for example, in .htaccess). I have no idea what this behavior is about.
PS The default template of the component included - did not help.

Any problems with the Hermitage are connected with jambs of imposition. Try to apply a clean default template to the site (not to the component) and check the editing mode, or take any Bitrix demo template.
