Why did the big blue button on the moodle stop working well?

Hello. Bigbluebutton is installed on the moodle. Worked great for many years, then started freezing, turning off video images, throwing students out of the conference. I was told that the muddle version was outdated. I made a new site, connected bbb, worked fine for some time (not for long, 2-3 weeks) and crashes again. The students do not see me, they drop out of the session, the buttons for not switching to bbb freeze. I can't figure out what's wrong. Maybe something needs to be tweaked. Knowledge is not enough, I do not know how to program. The blonde needs help. Help me please.
