Why did scrolling stop working in Chrome and Opera?

The page should have smooth scrolling on the page when clicking on a specific menu item. Implemented with smoothscroll.js and worked in all browsers until recently. Now only in Firefox. Can someone tell me what is the reason and how to fix it?
