Why did raspberry pi fail me?

hello, I bought a raspberry pi, tried to overclock it through raspi-config, writes This PI cannot be overclocked, am I a noob and overclock it wrong or is this model not overclocking? i.e. not at all? is it a block at the processor level?

Why not google your "This PI cannot be overclocked"? There are ways other than raspi-config.
At least an alternative way in Russian .
