Why did nodemon stop working?

Hello, I myself do not really understand what happened, but the fact is that nodemon stopped working for me. IDE - vs code, on windows 10. I had it installed globally, went into a new project and it is already available to me. But not now. Tried to reinstall - to no avail. I don't even know what data you need to understand what's going on, write - I'll throw off what logs you need. Thank you very much in advance!
