Why did network functions stop working after installing Vesta CP (Nginx + PHP-FPM)?

Hello! After installing VestaCP, network functions stopped working (I can't install programs through the terminal, SFTP doesn't work, etc.) Nginx + PHP-FPM bundle
OS: Debian 8.5 Jessie
What could be the reason?

Installing VestaCP implies a complete reconfiguration of the server, and the fact that you "sftp stopped working" is still normal. VestaCP rewrote the FTP server configs during installation.
"I can not install programs through the terminal" - probably writes something in response?

Emnip, Vesta rewrites iptables rules. Look in the panel settings. There is a tab with these rules. I would completely disable this module and set up the rules myself. Fortunately, there is nothing supernatural (this is not a gate to set up). Information on setting up a web server is googled at a time.

SFTP - does not work if bach is not enabled for the user in the panel.
