Why did my Macbook stop charging?
Hello. The other day macbook pro 2013 late stopped charging. The magsafe 2 indicator lights up green, when you press the power button, the screen turns on for a couple of seconds, alerting you to the need for charging, the coolers start working.
UPD: Recently, when charging, the magsafe 2 connector got very hot.
Done:
I tried to reset the SMC (after that, the indicator turned orange, but the charging did not occur, and the laptop did not respond to the power button at all)
I examined the connector for foreign objects - there was nothing
Disconnected battery for a while
Left the charger unplugged for a few hours
Please advise what could be the problem? Can I decide on the basis of my data what needs to be replaced or repaired? I will be grateful for the response.

First of all, try a different power supply to understand what the problem is.
As far as I remember, on old poppies, in the event of a power supply or poppy breakdown, the indicator blinked for a while and turned off. If your laptop does not turn on but the indicator is on, try leaving it like that for some time (30-60 minutes, it may have run out of power and went into a deep sleep).
