Why did large files stop uploading to vesta?

Hello! Recently, large files (10+ mb) have stopped uploading through the VESTA file manager. For some reason, all files that are more than 10 mb are loaded at 9.54 mb exactly. Log looked and found nothing strange. I only updated mysql from 5.5 to 5.7
Please tell me what could be the problem)
