Why did keepass start throwing an error?

Tell me what kind of nonsense: over the years of using keepass, I encountered an error for the first time. I am attaching a screenshot. Been there twice today. After the first appearance, I had to re-specify the path to the database, after entering the password it turned out that the appearance settings were knocked down: both panels, bottom and left, with folders were hidden. But then it started up fine. After the second occurrence of the error, the path to the database must be specified each time.
