Why did I upgrade on mac os php to 7.1 but it still works 5.5.27?

Opened a terminal, pasted this

curl -s http://php-osx.liip.ch/install.sh | bash -s 7.1

- established.
I run to the folder /usr/local/- I check (screen)

as you can see, 7.1.
I check in the console

, tell me what to do to make php 7.1 work?

You have to install through Homebrew .
