Why did I stop receiving order notifications in Opencart?

Hello, there was a problem a couple of days ago, emails about orders stopped coming. I checked everything. I didn’t change anything, so I turned to the hosting provider (before that I checked the site’s ip and found it in one of the spam databases), they said that they sort of fixed it, but the problem remained, then they advised me to insert [email protected] into the mail settings .kz This didn't solve the problem. Who faced?

Look at the site logs, errors are usually written there if logging is enabled. Perhaps something has changed in the mail server settings (which is unlikely, it seems to me)
