Why did git stop pushing changes, ignoring commits?

I have no words. I just do not understand. He sees that I added something. I do an add, I do a commit, it's all OK, the commit is applied. I do a push, after which it says "everything-up-to-date". I'm tired of this tadpole. Here, see for yourself!
