Why did Amazon bill me when I used the free period?

Hey! I registered myself a "free" account on Amazon, and not long ago I look in the billing account for 8 bucks already hanging, is that at the expense of me, it seems like a year is free, or did I not read the fine print somewhere?

Judging by the bill, you have a traffic overrun - 15 GB are included in the free use.
Read the terms and conditions again . There is no small print, by the way.
