Why did all the additional tabs for products disappear in Opencart?

Hello! Tell me for what reason could all the goods in the store have lost additional tabs? Approximately in terms of timing, this coincides with the following actions on the server:
1) in the product.ptl file, I deleted the lines that loaded the image into the header on the product pages (lines 3 and 4 of the code).
2) re-uploaded the picture to the main page of the site (changed the file in the image folder)
I didn’t do anything else with the site files. In the site admin panel, the status of additional tabs is enabled, but in fact they are not.

Probably, they removed the excess or, on the contrary, did not remove it.
