Why css styles don't work correctly in Denwer?

Created an HTML page. I planned to connect PHP to it and chose Denwer for tests. When I just open the file through the browser, everything is in order, the styles are loaded, js works:



When I start Denwer:



And js does not work in Denwer, although it seems like he sees both css and js:



I looked it up, he sees css as if partially.
Why is this happening? Thanks in advance!

js and css are executed in the browser and not in denver - denver is a regular server
Most likely the paths to js and css were incorrectly written
