Why can Wi-Fi drop off from other devices when starting linux?
Good afternoon!
I decided to put myself a second system Manjaro Deepin 17.1.2
It seems that I used it for a couple of days, there are no problems with the system itself, but today I accidentally discovered that when working in Linux, Wi-Fi starts to act up. That is, my wife has been telling me for a couple of days that in the evenings (when I come home from work just right) she has a terribly unstable connection. And today I discovered that my smartphone also loses wifi when I work in Linux. I rechecked it a couple of times, and I can say with confidence that when I sit in a manjaro and connected to my home router via Wi-Fi, then all other devices on the same network begin to lose Wi-Fi.
Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it?
router: tp-link tl-wr740n
laptop wifi module: Atheros AR9285

Well ... look at the Wi-Fi analyzer, who else is sitting next to you on the same channel as yours.
On the router, change the channel to a less busy one.
And so, maybe this Linux is connected to a botnet and just clogs the channel?! :-)
