Why can't you add a new window to WPF?

I'm learning WPF, trying to add a second window to my project.
I select "Add" -> "Window (WPF)", a window for adding a new element opens, but in this list there is simply no option for "Window (WPF)", like all other elements related to WPF. Perhaps you need to install some component? But what?

The issue was resolved by reinstalling Visual Studio and installing the .NET desktop development bundle in the Visual Studio Installer.
