Why can't Windows 10 see the headphones after installing Realtek HD Audio?

Before installing the Realtek HD Audio drivers, the laptop displays Speakers and headphones in the device list.

At the same time, only the speakers work, and when I insert the headphones into the jack, nothing happens. Then I install Realtek in the hope of solving the problem - the headphones generally disappear from the list of devices and of course do not work.
