Why can't the local apache server see the fonts?

Hey!
I can’t understand why the local apache2 server on Ubuntu does not see the included fonts, while on the hosting (Ngnix 1.9.12) everything works + works if you open index.html in the browser.

As you can see from the screenshot, the name of the fonts folder has been changed and it contains only RobotoRegular fonts.
Set permissions on the folder with chown -R $USER:$USER /dir/ . Although, maybe that's not the point.
What should I do?
