Why can't the git client on one of the machines see the organization's repository?

To work with repositories, I use the Sourcetree git client.

I have an account on github. There I created a repository.
Also, I created an organization on this account.
(organizations->free->This organization belongs to My personal account.)
In the organization settings, I am its member and owner.
And in this organization created a repository.

I have 2 computers - work and home.
On a work computer,
Sourcetree sees (running, etc.) a regular repository and does not see a repository hosted by an organization.
At home - sees and works with all repositories.
Why can't the git client on one of the machines see the organization's repository?
PS
The Internet on the working computer is configured without a proxy. The github site opens without problems (actually, as it works with regular repositories).
