Why can't symfony access /_wdt when opening app_dev.php?

Installed Symfony 3, set up nginx as in the documentation symfony.com/doc/current/cookbook/configuration/web... I open my_domen/app_dev.php and everything opens, and then symfony tries to send an ajax request to _wdt/d517h1 and gets a 404 response . What could be the problem?
PS Symfony config is default.

Are you requesting from localhost? I think it's only available locally
