Why can't npm find quasar?

Installing the quasar package:
npm install -g @quasar/cli

Creating a
quasar application create callapp

Why can't I see quasar? I did everything with administrator rights. Writes that quasar is not recognized as a script, function or CmdLet name. Check if the path is written correctly and repeat the command.
Tried reinstalling npm, still can't see it.

The solution was to take down node.js, take down npm, restart the system, download node.js but the stable version (LTS), install and install npm again.
After that, quasar installed and started.
