Why can't items be created in zabbix?

Hello. Tell me what could be the problem?
There is a template that is linked to 180 hosts. When you try to create a new item or change an existing one, nothing happens, just a blank screen with only one panel (Dashboard / Problems, etc.). But if you link the template from 5 or more hosts, then everything works well - items are created and changed.
Exactly the same blank screen is shown when opening Reports > Notifications
I suspect that there may be a problem with a slow database (PostgreSQL), but the server seems to be not weak (32 GB of RAM, 4-core processor, hard disk only not ssd), postgresql config. conf is also configured for the characteristics of the server.
Someone had such a problem? And if so, how did you decide? And then each time the template is not very happy to link from the hosts, plus the number of hosts is growing, which means that you will have to link from a larger number each time.

The reason was found, it was necessary to increase the 'php_value memory_limit' parameter in the apache settings for zabbix.
