Why can't images be displayed in html email?

Please explain why the picchi may not work when sending, I send out a letter template through a test resource, the picchi are uploaded to imgur, I read that they should be located directly with the mailing script and they should have an absolute path, but is there really no other solution?

You can attach to the letter itself and specify special identifiers
