Why can't I work with the MetroFramework form?

When you run the form, the program starts to fail. The semi-transparent form is launched. The picture that was placed on the background is ignored. It is also impossible to use any other tools when loading the form, no checkboxes are ticked, no text is written in the textbox. The form itself blinks, and then it may disappear altogether. How to fix the situation?
