The store may become inactive, it may cease to exist altogether, this does not give the robocash the right to hold a person's money. Somehow, money also came to me, and it turned out that activation is needed for withdrawal, and for activation you need to be a citizen of the Russian Federation, although this was not mentioned anywhere when registering, setting up and connecting. Why it was possible to make a payment if the store is not yet activated is not at all clear. Although there is an assumption - morons are sitting in the robocash. As a result, I had to request the cancellation of the payment, return the money to the payer and remove this robokassa from my site.
