Why can't I upload files via ftp via PHPStorm?

Hello. In the office where I work, for some reason, the Internet disappeared in the middle of the day. When I came in after lunch, the Internet was on, but there was no longer an opportunity to upload files to the hosting from PHPStorm. When you click on the "Test connection" button, the line "Connecting to ftp ..." just hangs. At the same time, I normally connect from cmd, receiving User OK / Logged. I would be very grateful if you could help with advice.
