Why can't I send Api requests to VK?

Guys, I ran into such a problem that more than one api request to VK does not work. The fact is that I'm from Ukraine, I'm on VK via VPN. I generated a token for myself, I perform simple get requests in PostMan and it says Could not send request. Then I went to secure.checkToken and inserted my token, then ip and VK version. And nothing was returned to me. Maybe those who from Ukraine cannot send api requests? Tell me, can someone come across this?
