Why can't I see the site I need on the Google Analytic and Google Webmasters account linking page?

I have a site in Google Webmaster, it has been confirmed for a long time, statistics are collected on it. I try to link it to an account in Google Analytics and it doesn't work: the site is not displayed on the page on which this link occurs.
What am I doing.
I go to GA to "Resource", then to "Resource Settings", at the very bottom in the "Webmaster Tools Settings" section I see that none of the GW sites is linked:

Then I click on the "Edit" link and get to the page bindings, where, in theory, the site from GW should be located, but it is not there:

At the same time, if you go to GW, then we find the desired site in full health:

Tell me, what is the problem, how to make the site from Google Webmasters appear on the desired page , where does it link to a resource from Google Analytics?

Asked colleagues, and found the answer. If your GW site is not in the list of sites that can be linked to your GA resource, then you do not have "owner" rights to that site in GW.
To understand whether you have the rights of the owner of this site in GW, you need to click on the “Site Management” drop-down box opposite the desired site on the GW main page and see: if there is an option “Add and remove users”, then you have rights.
